ABOUT

About Us

We are a ministry that has arisen out of Advocates for Faith & Freedom, a nonprofit religious liberty law firm. After many years of litigating important religious liberty cases it became clear that, despite our efforts to further the First Amendment right to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, it is not necessarily changing the hearts and minds of society toward the living God.

As issues arise and occupy media cycles, many people find their theology in the opinions of media figures as opposed to the scripture, their pastor, or the church. Some churches avoid addressing controversial subjects, leaving their congregation to seek their theology from CNN, Fox News, politicians, and social media. We believe that the Bible gives divine guidance that can be applied to all issues like poverty, immigration, welfare, salvation, the environment, sexuality, retirement, and foreign affairs.

The content we provide comes from a variety of individuals from seminary graduates, professors, pastors, apologists, and lawyers dedicated to finding truth from the Bible. Our content is closely reviewed and edited to make sure our authors avoid mere personal, political, or popular opinion.

Our Mission

Our mission is to encourage and equip all people to search for the truth on all issues by looking through the lens of Scripture.

However, we acknowledge that some people will come to various conclusions on controversial issues even while looking through the lens of Scripture. Imagine, if all Christians, let alone all God-fearing people, came to a conclusion based not on mere opinion but upon scriptural teachings, how great of an impact would we have on the world around us?

Our Goals

Our goals are fourfold:

  1. Research the issue;

  2. Study the scriptural principles

  3. Apply the scriptural principles to the issue

  4. Allow conclusions to be derived from Scripture rather than mere personal, political, or popular opinion.
